It’s been all systems go around here!
We’ve just come back from a busy week at our first International run of the year at Burgham. I had five horses running throughout the week – Challenge Z and Haudanum Imoo in the CCI2*S, Aprobanta and Susanna Lye’s Jana De Cavaignac in the CCI3*S and El Kolibri in the CCI4*S. They all felt on super form and ran well on great ground across a beautifully presented XC, with some great Double Clears and a top 20 finish along the way.
After arriving back from Burgham, it was a case of turning the lorry around and I headed down for two days training with Pippa with ‘Young Guns’ Etann Du Lyvet and Flambeau Du Lanson. Lots learnt and lots taken away that we can put into place at home.
A massive thank you must go to my amazing team at home who have kept things going whilst I’ve been away. I couldn’t do it without you!
