Alicia Wilkinson - Essex Alicia has been part of the Pathway since 2023 and has returned in 2026 as a Mentor. With experience in producing horses from from 4-year-olds to 4* level, Alicia is also a UKCC Level 3 coach

Danielle McCormack

Top 3 Results 2023:

Biography:

Danielle McCormack Representing Ireland, but based in Wiltshire at the Hildare Stud. Danielle is successful competing up to 4* level and has represented Ireland at Nations Cup level. A multiple international winner.

Ellie Healy

Top 3 Results 2023:

Biography:

Ellie Healy Has combined her equestrian pursuits with studying to become a physiotherapist. Now successfully managing both businesses and competing internationally.

Saffron Cresswell

Top 3 Results 2023:

Biography:

Saffron Cresswell Joined the Pathway in 2023 and sadly suffered a life changing injury whilst competing in 2024. Since then Saffron has built herself a new career both in coaching and with the equestrian media industry.

Grace Cooper

Biography:

Grace Cooper Grace spent two years on the Pathway and throughout this time progressed up the levels to successfully competing at CCI5* level

Richard Norfolk

Top 3 Results 2023:

Biography:

Richard Norfolk A Pathway member in 2023 and 2024 Richard has combined producing horses to 3* level with becoming a UKCC Level 3 coach and qualified bit fitter, building himself a diverse business base.

Sophie Hulme

Top 3 Results 2023:

Biography:

Sophie Hulme Originally from California, USA, but now based in Gloucestershire Sophie was part of the Pathway from 2023 - 2025. Rebuilding her string of horses, including homebred, to compete at 3* level whilst also developing a coaching business.

Lizzie Walker

Top 3 Results 2023:

Biography:

Lizzie Walker Based at Northallerton Equestrian Centre Lizzie was first on the Pathway in 2023 and rejoined in 2026. Building her business around breakers and schooling liveries and now focusing on building a string of competition rides to CCI4* level
