- Individual Bronze - Young Rider Europeans Fontainebleau, highest placed British rider
- 1st - CCI-S4* Ballindenisk
- 2nd - Advanced Little Downham
Biography:
Alex grew up around horses from a very early age; with her mother running a busy riding school and livery yard, it was inevitable. She was first placed on a horse at 18 months old and so it was a no brainer she would pursue a career in eventing. She left school having finished all of her GCSE’s and has been lucky enough over the course of 6 years to have been based with some experts in the sport who helped her learn the ropes. She is now based back at home and is successfully running her string of horses. Over her youth year she was lucky enough to be selected to represent Great Britain 3 times, and during this time won Team Bronze at the Junior Europeans in 2015, back to back individual medals (silver and bronze) at the Young Rider Europeans in 2017 and 2018 and also picked up a Team Bronze in 2017. She now enters into the senior level of eventing and is working vicariously, alongside some incredibly supportive owners and sponsors, to reach the top levels of the sport in her years to come.
