Alicia Wilkinson - Essex Alicia has been part of the Pathway since 2023 and has returned in 2026 as a Mentor. With experience in producing horses from from 4-year-olds to 4* level, Alicia is also a UKCC Level 3 coach

Brier Dunn

Biography:

Brier Dunn Originally from the North of England, has relocated to the South and continues to build her equestrian business. Selected for the European 3* Cup team, she is building her string towards 4* and 5* level.

Danielle McCormack

Top 3 Results 2024:

Biography:

Danielle McCormack Representing Ireland, but based in Wiltshire at the Hildare Stud. Danielle is successful competing up to 4* level and has represented Ireland at Nations Cup level. A multiple international winner.

Emily Mustow

Biography:

Emily Mustow - Gloucestershire Emily first joined the Pathway in 2023 and has played an instrumental part since. Producing horses to 4* level she has recently focused on young horses and the breeding aspects. Becoming an equine agent to support her competition business, Emily has rejoined the Pathway in 2026 as a Mentor and Ambassador.

Saffron Cresswell

Biography:

Saffron Cresswell Joined the Pathway in 2023 and sadly suffered a life changing injury whilst competing in 2024. Since then Saffron has built herself a new career both in coaching and with the equestrian media industry.

Grace Cooper Grace spent two years on the Pathway and throughout this time progressed up the levels to successfully competing at CCI5* level

Holly Horton A professional international eventing rider, producing and competing horses to 3* level

Richard Norfolk

Top 3 Results 2024:

Biography:

Richard Norfolk A Pathway member in 2023 and 2024 Richard has combined producing horses to 3* level with becoming a UKCC Level 3 coach and qualified bit fitter, building himself a diverse business base.

Sophie Hulme

Biography:

Sophie Hulme Originally from California, USA, but now based in Gloucestershire Sophie was part of the Pathway from 2023 - 2025. Rebuilding her string of horses, including homebred, to compete at 3* level whilst also developing a coaching business.

Tyler Smith

Top 3 Results 2024:

Biography:

Tyler Smith Benefitted from the Pathway opening up to Grassroots focused rider and those competing up to 2* level. Establishing himself as a successful professional at that level, the Pathway saw Tyler complete his first 2*.

Jack Whiteford

Jack Whiteford Has benefitted from the support of the Pathway during the 2024 and 2025 season. Based with Australian Sammi Birch and also developing his own string of horses, Jack has had success to 4* level.

Oliver Woodland

Top 3 Results 2024:

Biography:

Oliver Woodland A Farrier from Lincolnshire who upon joining the Pathway in 2024 was aiming to compete at 2* level, has now developed a small string of horses, some of which are now targeting the Blenheim 8/9 4* Championships in 2026.
