Alicia Wilkinson - Essex Alicia has been part of the Pathway since 2023 and has returned in 2026 as a Mentor. With experience in producing horses from from 4-year-olds to 4* level, Alicia is also a UKCC Level 3 coach

Emily Mustow

Top 3 Results 2026:

Biography:

Emily Mustow - Gloucestershire Emily first joined the Pathway in 2023 and has played an instrumental part since. Producing horses to 4* level she has recently focused on young horses and the breeding aspects. Becoming an equine agent to support her competition business, Emily has rejoined the Pathway in 2026 as a Mentor and Ambassador.

Oliver Woodland

Biography:

Oliver Woodland A Farrier from Lincolnshire who upon joining the Pathway in 2024 was aiming to compete at 2* level, has now developed a small string of horses, some of which are now targeting the Blenheim 8/9 4* Championships in 2026.

Molly Brown

Top 3 Results 2026:

Biography:

Molly Brown Is a rider and producer and also manages her family owned livery yard. Throughout her time on the Pathway Molly has developed as an athlete and business person, taking on board new learnings from her time the CHI Geneva, as well as coaching from Nicola Wilson and Philip Surl.

Emma Manton

Biography:

Emma Manton - Dorset Based at Chedington Stud Emma had previously competed at the 4* level prior to joining the Pathway in 2025. Looking to return to the level whilst also competing on the international jumping circuit, Emma has focused her attention on a small string of horses.

Katy Mousdale

Top 3 Results 2026:

Biography:

Katy Mousdale Head Girl for Janette Brakewell, Katy is building her own string of horses whilst maintaining her role as Head Girl. Now competing to 3* level Katy has also launched a Podcast giving an insight into the grooms world.

Lottie Walsh

Biography:

Lancashire based Lottie Walsh is currently building her equestrian business producing horses to 3* level. Also part of the GB Young Riders Talent Academy.

Lizzie Walker Based at Northallerton Equestrian Centre Lizzie was first on the Pathway in 2023 and rejoined in 2026. Building her business around breakers and schooling liveries and now focusing on building a string of competition rides to CCI4* level

Biography:

Freddie Carden Freddie has been based with riders such as Harry Meade, and now works for Max Warburton and Susie Berry as a key rider for their younger horses.

Ellie Fredericks

Biography:

Ellie Fredericks A rider with a 5* winning pedigree, Ellie wanted to join the Pathway to gain insight and support from other professionals and to help develop her business further.

Georgina Herrling

Based with both Austin O'Connor and Piggy March whilst studying at University Georgina is looking at representing Germany in the future and is currently competing to 4* level.

Lucy Richards

A rider who looked at a strong business foundation first, she has built an equine rehabilitation facility and business and is now looking at building her competition string around it.

Norfolk based Rosie Ringer is competing at Advanced and CCI4* level, whilst also riding out for Group 1 winning trainer Charlie Clover.
