With the green light for the restart of the event season, it has been all systems go at home.
I have once again been down for some valuable training sessions with Pip – bringing everything she taught me home, I have been putting it all into practice on each of the horses.
June has been an exciting month with the arrival of a new truck and new rides on some super talented horses, which I am super excited about.
Luckily the business didn’t massively suffer following the pandemic as horse sales have picked up with lockdown restrictions continuing to ease. As a result we have waved goodbye to some lovely horses and I look forward to seeing them out with their new jockeys in the future.
With our first post-lockdown event closing in, the horses are looking and feeling so well and are as excited as I am to get back out competing!
